Selection of a Consultancy Firm to prepare the Financial Manual of the Commission
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to prepare the Financial Manual of the Commission.
The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Terms of Reference (TOR), scope of work, and other detailed information on procurement, is available here.
Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 02nd June 2026.
