Selection of a Consultancy Firm to Review, Update and Strengthen the Commission’s Human Resources and Administration System

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to review, update, and strengthen the Commission’s Human Resources and Administration systems.

The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Terms of Reference (TOR), scope of work, and other detailed information on procurement, is available on the PUCSL website. [Click Here]

Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 9^th January 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17th December 2025 at PUCSL, 17th floor, at 2:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting minutes will be published on the PUCSL website on 22^nd December 2025.
