Complaint Handling Procedure (CHP)
Steps you should follow to lodge a complaint at an unsatisfactory service experience.

Step 01

The Commission will review the complaint and call observations from your service provider if they suspect any of your rights are violated.

Step 02

Service provider will submit his observations to the Commission

Step 03

Based on your complaint and the observations, if your rights have been violated, the Commission will inform the service provider to fulfill their respective obligations. At the same time, if you have not fulfilled your obligations, the Commission will inform you to do so to get satisfactory service from your service provider.

Step 05

If there is any genuine dispute observed during the review of the complaint, such cases will be resolved under the dispute resolution procedure
