REVIEW, UPDATE, AND MODERNIZE THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF SRI LANKA (PUCSL)
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to review, update, and strengthen the Commission’s Human Resources and Administration systems.
The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Terms of Reference (TOR), scope of work, and other detailed information on procurement, is available here.
Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 21st May 2026.
Note: Pre bid meeting will be held on 11th May 2026 at PUCSL, 17th floor at 2.00 p.m.
