The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to conduct Assessment on Cybersecurity Readiness of Electricity Network and Critical Generation Facilities in Sri Lanka & Development of a Cybersecurity Audit Framework specific to grid operations, SCADA, and Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 30th July 2026.
