Competitive bids are hereby invited by the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka
(The Commission), to identify the causes for the deteriorated financial position of CEB and to find strategies/ actions to revive CEB finances in the medium term. The Commission intends to engage a qualified consultant to carry out the above-mentioned tasks.
The Request For Proposal is available in the Commission’s website www.pucsl.gov.lk.
Sealed bid prepared according to the Request For Proposal, addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee should be deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Commission’s Office, at or before 2.30 p.m. on 18th January 2021. The proposals submitted after the closing time will be rejected. Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and the decision of the Procurement Committee will be final.
