TENDER NOTICE- Development of merit order dispatch procedures

Competitive bids are hereby invited by the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka
(The Commission), to develop merit order dispatch procedures and to conduct a dispatch audit for 2019. The Commission intends to engage a qualified consultant to carry out the above mentioned tasks.
The Request For Proposal is available in the Commission’s website www.pucsl.gov.lk.
Sealed bid prepared according to the Request For Proposal, addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee should be deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Commission’s Office, at or before 2.30 p.m. on 30th December 2019. The proposals submitted after the closing time will be rejected. Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and the decision of the Procurement Committee will be final.
