Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka invites sealed quotations from suppliers for following;

Bid No. 01: Designing, printing and supply of Annual Report – 2018 (Download the Specification)

Bid No. 02: Designing, printing and supply of Activity Plan – 2020 (Download the Specification)

Bidders are requested to submit followings along with the sealed quotations.

• Dully filled compliance form given as Annexure I to the tender document (Downloadable via PUCSL website)
• Price with taxes and without taxes separately

 

Bidders are required to send separate quotations for Bid No 1 and 2 in two separate sealed envelopes indicating No and the Name of the bid on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope to reach the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, Level 6, BOC Merchant Tower, No. 28, St. Michael’s Road, Colombo 03 by 2.30pm on 22^nd October 2019. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of the bids. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

Tender documents could be obtained from the undersigned from 8.30am to 4.00pm during week days until 22^nd October 2019 or can be downloaded from the website www.pucsl.gov.lk.      

Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the bid opening & the decisions of the procurement committee shall be final.
