Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) in collaboration with the Ministry of City Planning, Water Supply and Higher Education intend to conduct public consultations in all provinces in Sri Lanka in view of absorbing the water services industry related issues into the policy making process. The consultant requires developing a policy advice based on the evidence collected through consultation and other appropriate evidence, to develop Water Services Industry in Sri Lanka. PUCSL invites Proposals from qualified parties to assist the PUCSL in this regard.

Proposals must be submitted to the Tender Box available at Commission’s Office on or before 2.30 pm on 13^th December 2019. Late submission shall be rejected and unopened
