The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified parties to assist the PUCSL for Preparation of Standards for Designing, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Lighting for Roads and Public Spaces.
