NOTICE UNDER SECTION 32(2) (a) OF

THE SRI LANKA ELECTRICITY ACT, NO. 20 OF 2009 (as amended)

 

PROPOSAL FOR MODIFICATION OF LICENSES

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (the Commission) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 32 (2) (a) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009 (as amended) that the Commission intends to modify the licenses issued to the Ceylon Electricity Board as follows in order to incorporate the amendments effected by the Sri Lanka Electricity (Amendment) Act, No. 31 of 2013 to the Generation, Transmission and Distribution Licenses and in order to amend the Notices condition (Condition 22 of the Generation License, Condition 35 of the Transmission and Bulk Supply License and Condition 36 of the Distribution and Supply Licenses) of those Licenses to designate an Authorized officer.
