MODIFICATION FOR THE LICENSES NO. EL/GB/09-001,
EL/T/09-002, EL/D/09-003,  EL/D/09-004, EL/D/09-005,EL/D/09-006
AS PER SECTION 32 OF THE SRI LANKA ELECTRICITY ACT, NO. 20 OF 2009 (AS AMENDED)

 

As per the powers vested in Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (Commission) under Section 32 of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009 (As amended), the Commission has made modifications to the licenses issued to the Ceylon Electricity Board listed below;

 

1. EL/GB/09-001- Generation License
2. EL/T/09-002 – Transmission License
3. EL/D/09-003 -Distribution License – Region 1
4. EL/D/09-004 -Distribution License – Region 2
5. EL/D/09-005 -Distribution License – Region 3
6. EL/D/09-006 -Distribution License – Region 4

CEB License Modification Letter

The Copies detailing the said modifications are annexed hereto in compliance with Section 32 (5) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009 (as amended).
