The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (“the Commission”) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 12(1) (a) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009 that the Commission proposes to grant licenses for the purpose of generating electricity (effective from 6th February 2017 to 5th August 2017) to the following person, in order to ensure the availability and continuity of the supply of electricity to consumers.
