NOTICE UNDER SECTION 21(2) and (3) OF

THE SRI LANKA ELECTRICITY ACT, NO. 36 OF 2024

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (“the Commission”) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 21(2) and (3) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 36 of 2024 (as amended) that the Commission proposes to grant license for the purpose of generating electricity to the following applicants, in order to enhance the availability and continuity of the supply of electricity to consumers.
