The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultants to Prepare Technical Guidelines and Minimum Standards for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations:

• The scope of work, RFP and other detailed information on procurement are available for download in commission’s web site www.pucsl.gov.lk (please refer notices).
• Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP), addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee, should be deposited in the tender box kept at the commission’s office, on or before 2.25pm on 29th March 2018. Proposals submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected.
• The commission reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and the decision of the Procurement Committee will be final

Proposals must be submitted by 2:25 pm on 29th March 2018.
