Consultancy Services for Preparation of Disaster Management Plans for Electricity, Water and Petroleum Industries in Sri Lanka
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Disaster Management Centre intend to facilitate six utilities in electricity, water and petroleum industries for the preparation of disaster management plans relating to the disaster countermeasures/mitigation measures, emergency response and restoration plans to minimize disruption to service continuity in case of a disaster through a consultancy.
Expression of Interest (EOI) from Qualified Parties are requested on industry specific basis to undertake the preparation of aforesaid Disaster Management Plans. Proposals can be submitted by firms or team of individual consultants for one or more industries. Guidelines on the submission of EOI can be found on the PUCSL website www.pucsl.gov.lk.
EOIs must be submitted by 3:00 pm on 22nd December 2021.
