The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) was established by the Act No. 35 of 2002 as a multi-sector infrastructure regulator in the country. With the enactment of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act No. 20 of 2009, the Commission became the economic, safety and technical regulator of the Electricity industry. PUCSL is the designated regulator for the petroleum industry and has been assigned as the shadow regulator for the lubricant market in Sri Lanka.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified dynamic and result oriented professionals to fill the following positions in PUCSL.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Basic degree in Information Technology or Marketing / Mass communications from a recognized university by UGC
  • Minimum three (03) years prior experience in web design, content management, social media marketing
  • Experience in audio and video editing and graphic design (software) applications
  • Strong analytical skills, public relations and communications skills
  • Post Graduate degree is an added qualification

Age

  • Below 35 years

Gross Salary- Rs. 130,000.00 – Rs.175,000.00
