The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) was established by the Act No. 35 of 2002 as a multi-sector infrastructure regulator in the country. With the enactment of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act No. 20 of 2009, the Commission became the economic, safety and technical regulator of the Electricity industry. PUCSL is the designated regulator for the petroleum industry and has been assigned as the shadow regulator for the lubricant market in Sri Lanka.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified dynamic and result oriented professionals to fill the following positions in PUCSL.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Database Administration or Data Science preferred)
• Professional Certifications with respect to database administration/data analytics is an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (03) years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, database fine-tuning, data analytics, MIS, BI and Data Science with MySQL, MS SQL Server, Greenplum, etc.
• Application development in C, Java, .Net, PHP, etc.
• System administration knowledge in MS Windows, Linux, etc…

Age

• Below 35 years

Gross Salary- Rs. 130,000.00 – Rs.175,000.00
