Guidelines
The Commission approves and regulates the implementation of guidelines developed by the licensees in respect of matters required or authorized by the Electricity Act and licenses issued by the Commission. Several provisions of the Electricity Act and licenses issued by the Commission require that guidelines be developed, approved and implemented for the purposes set out therein.
