The statement of rights and obligations of electricity consumers is available at the offices of all Area Engineers of Ceylon Electricity Board, Branch Managers of Lanka Electricity Co. Ltd and their Customer Service Centers, all Divisional Secretariats and all Grama Niladaries. The statement is also available in our website (www.pucsl.gov.lk )
