TENDER NOTICE

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified service providers for the development of a new website for the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the requirements, specifications, terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents, including the minimum requirements, specifications, conditions and other relevant information, may be downloaded from here. [Click here]

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 17 September 2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the Board Room, 17th Floor, Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL). Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting to obtain clarifications regarding the bidding requirements and specifications.

Note: Pre-bid meeting minutes 

Duly completed and sealed bid documents shall be submitted by post or deposited at the address given below on or before 2.30 p.m. on 24 September 2026.

The words “BID FOR NEW WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT FOR PUCSL” shall be clearly marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
