The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (Commission) hereby announces its decision to hold a Stakeholder Consultation on the proposed Input Data for Long Term Planning Studies 2027-2046, submitted by Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).

• Base Demand Forecast
• Cost details of candidate thermal technologies
• Operational characteristics of candidate thermal technologies
• Forecasted fuel prices
• Cost details of candidate renewable energy technologies
• Cost details of candidate storage technologies

The Stakeholders and General Public are hereby invited to submit the written comments if any on the proposed Input Data for Long Term Planning Studies 2027-2046, to the following address or through other methods mentioned below on or before 17^th March 2026.
