For selecting an Audit Firm to conduct the Internal Audit functions of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified parties to assist the PUCSL in conducting an Internal Audit Function of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka.

The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Terms of Reference (TOR), scope of work, and other detailed information on procurement, is available here www.pucls.gov.lk.

Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 03^rd December 2025

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 21^st November 2025 at 2.00 p.m at PUCSL 17^th floor.

Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting will be published on the PUCSL website on 24^th November 2025
