Stakeholder Comments and Observations on the Revised Standard Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA)
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (the Commission) hereby requests stakeholder comments and observations on the revised Standard Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA) submitted by the National System Operator (Pvt) Ltd (NSO) for the Commission’s approval. Written comments and suggestions from stakeholders regarding the revised Standard Power Purchase Agreement submitted by NSO will be accepted until 29 September 2026.
