Consultancy Services to Formulate Regulatory Framework for Open Access in the Electricity Industry of Sri Lanka
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) intends to engage the services of a qualified Consultancy Organisation to formulate the regulatory framework for open Access in the electricity industry of Sri Lanka.
