REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to Conduct Market Survey and Recommendations on Compensation Structure for Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka.

The Request for Proposal (RFP), including Terms of Reference (TOR), scope of work, and other detailed information on procurement, is available here 

Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 21^st August 2026. Pre bid meeting will be held on 07^h August 2026 at PUCSL 17^th floor at 2.00 pm.
