The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms to conduct the Consultancy on Implementation of a Regulatory Traceability Mechanism for RCCBS (SLS 1099) Using Serialised QRSecurity Labels.

Sealed bids prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be deposited in the tender box kept at the Commission’s office, on or before 2.00 pm on 25^th June 2026. Pre bid meeting will be held on 12^th June 2026 at PUCSL 17^th floor at 2.00 pm
