Implementing a Customizable Data Submission & Acceptance System for PUCSL on a Public Cloud Platform

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) invites proposals from qualified parties for implementing a Customizable Data Submission & Acceptance System for PUCSL on a Public Cloud Platform.

The bid documents, including specification, form to submit bid, etc. and other detailed information on procurement are available for downloading in the website of PUCSL www.pucsl.gov.lk (under Notices / Tenders)

Sealed bids prepared according to the bid documents, addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee, should be deposited in the tender box kept at the PUCSL office, on or before 2.30pm on 10^th March 2025 and a pre-bid meeting would be held at 10.30am on 25^th February 2025 at PUCSL.

Duly signed, stamped and sealed bids must be addressed to The Chairman, Procurement committee, Public Utilities commission of Sri Lanka, Level 06, BoC Merchant Tower, No 28, St Michael Road, Colombo 03.

Please write “quotation for Implementation of a Customizable data submission and acceptance system on a public cloud platform” on the top of the left-hand corner of the envelop.

Proposals submitted after the closing time will be rejected.

The PUCSL reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and the decision of the Procurement Committee will be final.
