The Revision of Tariff Methodology
(Electricity Sector)

Competitive bids are hereby invited by the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka
(PUCSL), to revise the Tariff Methodology with related to the electricity sector. The PUCSL intends to engage a qualified consultant to carry out the tasks of assessing the current Tariff Methodology, identifying the areas that need to be revised and conducting a stakeholder consultation.
The Request for Proposal is available in the PUCSL’s website www.pucsl.gov.lk
Sealed bid prepared according to the Request for Proposal, addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee should be deposited in the Tender Box kept at the PUCSL’s Office, on or before 2.30 p.m. on 22nd February 2019. The proposals submitted after the closing time will be rejected. Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and the decision of the Procurement Committee will be final.
