Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka the regulator of the electricity industry and the designated regulator of the petroleum and water services industries invites bids from the service providers to design and print its Annual Report 2017 and DVDs as per the specifications downloadable via the link below.

The sealed bids must be deposited in the tender box at the office on or before 10th October 2018 14.00 hours.

Bidders are invited to the bid opening scheduled for 14.15 hours, 10th October 2018
