The Commission approves and regulates the implementation of guidelines developed by the licensees in respect of matters required or authorized by the Electricity Act and licenses issued by the Commission. Technical Guidelines and minimum standards for Electric Vehicle Charging stations have been defined by this guideline. The guideline was based on the views received at the Public Consultation held on Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Consumer Rights.
These guidelines are provided for the establishment of an effective and transparent mechanism by the Licensees to carry out bulk supply transactions for implementation of a Tariff Regime in accordance with the Decision Document on Electricity Tariff-2011, issued by the Commission.
Tariff guidelines for distributors other than CEB and LECO
