The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (the Commission) is entrusted with ensuring that consumers receive fair and justifiable services through the Commission’s education and consumer dispute resolution procedure. In order to empower your knowledge on matters related to industries we regulate and obtain your participation for the regulatory process, we have established a Consumer Consultative Committee under the Commission and consumer societies in regional level.
