• Oral Presentations of Public Consultation on Electricity Tariff Revision 2013 scheduled for 4th April 2013 at SLIDA, Colombo 7

  Respective stakeholders will be given the opportunity to make presentations at the final stage of the consultation scheduled for 4th of April 2013, at the main auditorium (SANHIDA) of the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) located at Malasekara Mawatha, Colombo -07 from 9.00 a.m onwards.

• Public Consultation on Electricity Tariff Revisions Proposed by the CEB for 2013

  The Commission is seeking a public consultation on the new tariff proposal submitted by the CEB, to elicit views and suggestions from the general public and from stakeholders, on the proposed expenses and costs contained in the new tariff proposal.
  A public consultation is an essential interactive mechanism to find a solution to reduce cost of electricity. This could be achieved through meaningful ideas and views expressed by experts, general public and interest groups.
